Outer Banks Utility

I had been wanting to visit the Outer Banks of NC for quite a while.  When I was finally able to take a trip there, wouldn't you know it, it was pouring the entire time… for 4 days straight.  So I got in my car and drove around exploring the wet, grey, saturated island.  As a side note, I have a real thing for utility poles.  Here are a few shots of the best utility poles a horribly stormy Outer Banks has to offer.

Snowscape

I'm often traveling by car for work (and leisure).  When I see a stark, barren landscape, I can't help but pull the car over and get out my camera.  These images were taken on a wet and snowy day in Maryland while driving back from a shoot.
